The pursuit of artistic innovation has seldom been of interest to me. In this sense I have always been outsider. I paint the memories of strangers, the long forgotten stories of Courtesans and lesser Saints. I give vision to the Histories caught in the invisible lines that separate past from present. Nothing populates my work that has not existed before. Without the past, there is no present and no future.

My aesthetic embraces exuberant irregularities, uneven compositions, and obsessive details. I am a Baroque Artist by nature.
